Booking & Cancellation Policy

We do require your up-to-date credit card information at the time of booking to ensure your scheduled appointment and to protect the valuable time of our team in the case of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. No deposit is taken at the time of booking. Our booking system is proud to be PCI compliant–the highest form of credit card security in the industry–which means that we encrypt all customer credit card data stored in our system.

A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all appointments. Failure to notify the salon 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service(s).

We kindly ask that you contact the salon immediately if you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment. Please note that services may be reduced/changed or rescheduled entirely if you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment. Failure to contact the salon 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and a 50% fee of your
scheduled service(s) will apply.

At Salon Five-Forty Eight, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that may prevent 48-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. These situations are treated case-by-case and are under the discretion of the salon owner and stylist(s).
